Orders

Orders are submitted through the Theo Institute International shop and become subject to availability and acceptance. The checkout displays the current server-calculated order total before payment.

Payment

Online payments, when enabled, are processed on a provider-hosted checkout page. Theo Institute International does not receive or store your full payment card number through the shop.

Shipping

Shipping availability, rates, delivery estimates, and tracking depend on the products and fulfillment arrangements offered at the time of purchase.

Returns and support

For questions about an order, contact Theo Institute International with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Any applicable return or refund rights will be handled according to the terms communicated for the purchase and applicable law.

We may update these terms as the shop develops. The version shown on this page applies to purchases made after the stated update date, subject to applicable law.
